A: Yes, local pickup and delivery can be arranged. Please email workplaceromancethebrand@gmail.com with your order number to coordinate a time.

Q: Can I order a custom rug?

A: Workplace Romance offers custom rug options. Custom options will include both soft acrylic fiber and New Zealand wool, as well as larger sizes, each hand-tufted with care and attention at our Los Angeles studio.

Q: Interior Designers and Brands

A: We are pleased to offer exclusive commissions for interior designers and brand collaborations. To inquire about a bespoke rug for your project, please contact us directly via email.
Each piece can be crafted in New Zealand wool or soft acrylic fiber, depending on what best suits your vision.

Q:  Do you offer shipping?

A: As part of our soft launch, each rug is available exclusively for local pickup and personalized delivery within Los Angeles. U.S. shipping will be offered with the debut of our first official collection, Collection 1, at the close of 2025.

Q: Do you only offer Acrylic Fiber Rugs?

A: For our soft launch, we introduced Soft Acrylic Fiber pieces to ensure accessibility in pricing while maintaining quality, particularly given the one-of-a-kind nature of these rugs. With our first official collection, we are expanding to include both Soft Acrylic Fiber and New Zealand Wool, allowing us to continue offering approachable designs while also providing a premium option for those seeking the depth, durability, and richness of wool.

Cleaning and care

Acrylic Fiber Rugs

Each rug is hand-tufted with soft acrylic fiber on a 100% cotton backing. Vacuum gently without a beater bar, blot spills without scrubbing, and keep it dry and out of direct sunlight. For best results, professional cleaning is recommended.
